A few scenes from the water main break in front of 520 River Street. At least 8,000 are without water because of this 36 inch break. It will take days to repair.

Cleveland: Chester Commons
Chester Commons is a small city park located at 12th & Chester in Downtown Cleveland. The park opened in 1972 and was eventually redesigned a few years ago. The photos are from June 1973 and are from an Environmental Protection Agency photo project.
