Illegal Dumping

We've been seeing a lot of illegal dumping this year.

Above, these piles are just east of West Junction along the Erie Railroad's Wyoming Division. There are a number of other piles of refuse dumped further west along the right-of-way as well.

Not even Nay Aug Park is off limits.
