Binghamton: Strand Theatre

The 1,200 seat Strand Theatre at 27 Chenango Street opened on Monday, March 8, 1920 to a capacity crowd. Originally playing split weeks, later full week runs became more common. The theatre has been closed for a number of years, and the lobby was last used as a restaurant.
