I only recall seeing Fats Domino once, at the RKO Palace the week of November 1 - 6, 1977. I'm pretty sure I was at the Saturday night show, between songs some idiot in the balcony kept shouting " My Blue Heaven...My Blue Heaven." Finally Fats looked up and said "Hey Man, Don't ya wanna hear me play?,,,I'll get to it." The comment amused the crowd, and silenced the heckler.
