Piazza dell' Arte

The Piazza dell' Arte on the south side of the courthouse was installed at considerable expense several years ago. The main part of the installation is this fountain, which hasn't worked in the last few years. This is another great example of government waste, like the clock I'm always harping about, these vanity projects seem to be created to glorify the politicians that grandstand and hippodrome at the dedication, but little thought or care goes into the project afterwards, and they quickly fall into disrepair, eventually becoming eyesores. There's still remains of a fitness trail at Nay Aug park from the 1980's, how long did that one last for?
