The 500 block of Center Street in Downtown Scranton, looking east. This is the former Hotel Casey laundry building, now the home of Marquis Art, Anthology Books, and Outrageous.
We stopped by Anthology Books in Downtown Scranton on Christmas Eve. The book store, along with neighboring Outrageous is one of the hipper places to visit in Scranton.
A photo of Chicago, Aurora & Elgin 453 at Trolleyville USA from August 22,1993. This is one of two cars acquired by the Electric City Trolley Museum in Scranton. I took this photo out a window of a moving trolley as it passed by Trolleyville's shop area. This car is supposed to arrive in Scranton sometime in the next month or so. Hopefully we'll see it running up here in the not too distant future.
Philadelphia Suburban number 80 at the Steamtown boarding platform last Saturday morning. The Electric City Trolley Museum is running Santa Trolleys on Saturdays and Sundays through December 20.
The gazebo in Scranton's Nay Aug Park yesterday morning. Saturday afternoon brought a couple inches of snow to the region, so everything is coated in white.
