Pittston High School

This is one of those places I could never get decent photos of. Pittston High School is on Defoe Street, between Butler and Williams. Defoe is quite narrow, with houses on one side and a magnificent high school building on the other. Not sure what the building is used for now, but it is well kept.

Loew's Stillman

September 29 marked the 100th anniversary of the opening of the Stillman Theatre, at 1111 Euclid Avenue in Downtown Cleveland. The following August, Marcus Loew would buy the theatre, which would operate as a Loew house until its closing on July 28, 1963.
