I'm not 100% sure, but I think this could be a footer from the Scenic Railway. This is located on a ledge, just above the DL&W tracks, where the Scenic Railway once ran. It's on a level area, that runs just below where the base of the footbridge is, on the Luna side of Roaring Brook.
