Something of an oddity in these parts where ALCOs rule the rails, the 425 is an Electro Motive switcher built in February 1935. It was recently returned to operational status at the South Scranton shops of the Delaware - Lackawanna Railroad. This photos is from last week outside the shop building on the former D&H Penn Division.
