Moses Cleaveland

220 years ago today, Moses Cleaveland led his group of surveyors down the Cuyahoga River to the foot of what would become Superior Avenue and founded the city named after him, minus an "a". Below a postcard postmarked April 27, 1912. This statue is on Public Square.
