Speaking of Boscov's, did they ever repay the city the millions loaned to them? That was taxpayers money.

Boscov's/Lackawanna Avenue
The stretch of Lackawanna Avenue in front of Boscov's has been closed for over five weeks now. How much longer is the City of Scranton going to allow Boscov's to put pedestrians at risk by forcing them to walk in the street? This is a dangerous situation that needs to be resolved. If people are forced into the street, there should be a protected walkway, separated from automobile traffic. Or are we going to have to wait for someone to be injured, or even killed before anyone takes action?
