East Troy Electric 64 outside of the little shed a couple weeks ago. this car was built in Philadelphia by Brill for the Philadelphia & Western in 1927. Originally P&W 64, later renumbered to SEPTA 164, and used in third rail de-icing service in the 1980's. The car was bought and restored by the East Troy Electric Railroad in 1993. In 2010 the car was traded to the Electric City Trolley Museum in Scranton in exchange for three Cleveland PCC cars from Trolleyville USA in 2010.
