Playhouse Square

We stopped by the theatres on Monday, much thanks to Ruth Flannery, Barb Mazzone, Tom Einhouse, and Megan Anderson. It's great to see how busy it is there. Years ago very few people thought Playhouse Square would ever be an entertainment district again, today the district thrives.
Looking east on Euclid Avenue at 14th.
Ohio Theatre lobby. This was totally destroyed by fire in 1964, three years ago the original was recreated. This is one of the most astounding things I've ever seen, more so when I think of what it looked like in 1972.
Dome, Loew's State theatre.
Allen Theatre rotunda.
Ongoing construction on The Lumen, 17th & Euclid.
