Lackawanna Avenue Clock

The clock in the 500 block of Lackawanna Avenue hasn't shown the correct time in over a year, now it's 49 minutes fast. Is there anyone in the city of Scranton who can help correct this? This is pretty pathetic, a huge deal was made several years ago when the clock was dedicated, now it's like no one cares.
