Playhouse Square

 An article celebrating the first steps towards saving Playhouse Square, fifty years ago today.

Playhouse Square in the early 1970's was pretty much a ghost town once the office workers went home for the day. Few thought the theatres were worth saving, from the Plain Dealer, February 7, 1972.
