This is Delaware, Lackawanna & Western E-8 number 807 headed east out of Scranton in July 1998. This was part of a National Railway Historical Society trip. My wife and I were positioned under a stairway along Ridge Row near the University of Scranton waiting for the NRHS Special to go by.
