Higbee's Santa Line Murder
46 years ago tonight, Tuesday, December 21, 1971, John Fitzpatrick was stabbed to death in Higbee's Santa Claus line in front of his three children. This had a negative impact on Downtown Cleveland's image as shoppers stayed away in droves.

Is this man still locked up? Is it true that his son cause him to get more time. I just read about this story for the very first time today.
He was released a few years later.
His son is Terrance Howard the actor
