Lackawanna Avenue Clock

This clock in the 500 block of Lackawanna Avenue was dedicated with great fanfare a few years ago. For the last several months it's been stuck at 12:20, is this ever going to be corrected? And while I'm at it, when is Renaissance Park open? Last week it was locked up, and again over this past weekend.
